The house, which has a datestone above the old front door of 1789, has been lovingly renovated over the last few years, keeping the charm of the old house but now with the comforts of modern living. There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher. A dining and living area; a separate sitting room with an open fireplace. Away from the kitchen is a Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.

 

Outside you will find an eating area, outside shower, loo, and wash basin. Private swimming pool with deck and outside furniture. Games area including table tennis and darts. BBQ.

The house has a garden area and is situated in 9 acres of land to enjoy. It is a short drive for groceries/supplies

The swimming pool measures 7.63 meters X 3.64 meters and can by arrangement be heated out of high season at an extra weekly cost. The pool has a safety cover and is accessed by gated steps leading up to the decking area.

 

The property is within walking distance of the River Saison, which has its own large stoney beach!
